Course Description:
This course on Human Rights Education will deal with the body of laws, rules, procedures and institutions designed to protect and promote human rights at the national and international level. Human rights issues, cases and trends will be discussed to provide the students with deeper understanding of the subject.
Course Objectives:
In this course, the students will explore the topics on human rights and the various issues that surround the matter at present. At the end of the semester, the students are expected to be informed of the vital rights of every person—how to respect and uphold them, and how they can apply their knowledge in their future profession.
