Promoting Volunteerism
The definition of VOLUNTEERISM covers strategies and activities that contribute to increased public awareness of the contribution of volunteers to a particular voluntary organization, to the larger community, or to the society in general; it also helps motivate people to make a commitment to volunteer work and to maintain or increase their current level of involvement.
